Pulau Harimau is typical of many small islands scattered off the southeastern end of the Malay Peninsula. It is volcanic in origin, rocky, steep-to and uninhabited. Most of the larger islands have trees, but many of the smaller ones look barren. The structure on top is a light which flashes all night. The clouds in the background often built up over the mainland in the afternoon. |
